THE RESISTANCE REVIVAL CHORUS
After producing the original Women's March in January of 2017, Ginny and a number of her creative collaborators founded the Resistance Revival Chorus (RRC). The RRC is a group of more than 60 women and non-binary people who join together to breathe joy and song into the resistance, and to uplift and center women's voices.
The RRC aims to uplift and center women (+NB) in music; to call for justice and equity for women across race, ethnicity, age, ability, socio-economic status, sexual identity and religion; to be intersectional in our feminism and reveal that all social justice issues overlap heavily with women’s issues; to address the historic marginalization of women in music by creating a record that is entirely made by women; to harness the collective power of women to help change the world. These ideas are woven into the very lyrics of our songs.
Ginny serves as the manager, co-founder, and executive producer of the Resistance Revival Chorus. To see more about the RRC and our new album project, CLICK AND SCROLL BELOW.
